If I opt for email reminders for a client referral, what will I be receiving?

You can opt in for email reminders for a client referral on the last step of the client referral process. When you get to the page that asks “How would you like to deliver the referral to Text?”, click the box that says “Send me an email reminder and notification to follow up on (Client’s name)’s referral.)

Once you have opted in, you will receive an email notification immediately, 2 days after, 1 week after, and 2 weeks after you sent the referral. 

The notifications can be stopped if you or your client confirms that the client has used or decided not to use the referral.
