How do I use Collections?
Not sure how to find resources in a Collection? Here are step-by-step instructions for using One Degree collections:
1. Go to a Collection page (here's an example). You’ll either see a list of Opportunities, or you may see a couple of categories. In this example, you can see categories such as "Help in Spanish" or "Help after 5 pm".
2. Click on one of the categories and you’ll be brought to a new page containing resources just in that category, such as "Help In Spanish". Now you can see all the programs (which we call Opportunities) in the collection that provide tax assistance for that category.
3. Click on one of the opportunities listed to read more about it. Contact the organization directly using the "What To Do Next" instructions. Make sure to click the “Save” icon with the heart to add it to your plan and save your progress!
P.S. Check out the Learning Hub to see how to get the most out of using One Degree and the tools that we offer. You can find training videos, FAQs and other great resources!
